Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg in Atlanta, GA. Start date 06/15/2026 for an 8-week travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 2x3 Days. Setting: hospital environment. Weekly pay ranges from $1,542 to $1,667.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients, including neuro-trauma, spinal injuries, gunshot wounds, and paraplegia/quadriplegia, with continuous assessment and monitoring.
- Perform ongoing patient assessments, monitor neuro status, vital signs, pain levels, and respond to changes in condition with appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, wound care, drains, and catheterizations, while adhering to evidence-based practices.
- Document care in the Epic EMR, communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate handoffs during shift changes.
- Implement safety and infection control procedures, fall prevention strategies, and discharge planning in collaboration with case management and rehabilitation services.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, pain management, activity progression, and post-discharge expectations.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of med-surg RN experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Nursys license verification required
- Ability to work in a hospital setting in Atlanta, GA
- Eligibility to work in the United States and meet any state licensure requirements
