Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg in Atlanta, GA. Start June 15, 2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,558–$1,634. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Night shift on a 2x3 schedule. Setting: hospital-based Med/Surg unit.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care for Med/Surg patients, including ongoing assessment, monitoring, and symptom management.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring effectiveness and safety.
- Document care and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the health-care team to develop and implement individualized care plans and discharge plans.
- Ensure patient safety through adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and patient education for families.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia (unrestricted) or equivalent state licensure as applicable
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience; experience in level 1 trauma or mid-to-large hospital settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and a 2x3 schedule
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with NCLEX-RN licensure
