Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Telemetry) – Travel assignment in Rochester, NY. Start date 06/22/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,047–$2,183 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (D/E/N) with Every Other Weekend, Holidays/on-call/callback and unit charge responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring
- Perform ongoing assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient responses
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, and respond to alarms promptly
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; document effects and patient responses
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and communicate with patients and families
- May assume charge nurse duties, serve as a preceptor, and participate in unit committees as assigned; participate in on-call/charge duties per unit needs

Requirements
- Active RN license in New York (NY RN license only)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Telemetry experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (D/E/N) including every other weekend and holidays
- Able to function effectively in a hospital setting and uphold professional standards
