Registered Nurse – Med Surg in Fort Bragg, California, United States. Start date 06/08/2026 for 13 weeks on a 3x12-hour day shift in a rural Critical Access Hospital. Travel - temporary assignment with a weekly pay range of $1,408 to $1,544 and no guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults in a Med Surg unit, including routine assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, and monitor for adverse effects
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and update patient care plans
- Document care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
- Respond to changes in patient condition with appropriate escalation and intervention
- Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and coordination of care

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Med Surg RN experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital-based Med Surg setting
- Shift requirements: 3x12-hour Day shifts
