Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Assess patient status, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor outcomes
- Administer medications and monitor responses, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across different levels of care
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines; communicate changes and plan of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily practice

Requirements
- Active RN license (California)
- Med Surg nursing experience or demonstrated Med Surg competencies
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and follow facility policies and procedures
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
