Travel assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility

This travel opportunity is for a Registered Nurse with LTC experience. The assignment begins 09/21/2026 and runs for 13 weeks, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. You will support a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting, providing skilled nursing care on a rotating schedule that includes day and evening shifts. The position is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC and offers weekly pay in the stated range.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, communicating significant changes in condition promptly to physicians and families
- Complete applicable resident assessments and document findings thoroughly
- Administer medications following the 5 Rights and maintain accurate medication records
- Perform wound care and other treatments as prescribed; monitor residents for changes in condition
- Support CNAs by assisting with call lights and coordinating on-the-floor care
- Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with policies; escalate concerns as needed to leadership
- Assume leadership on the floor when needed, directing care and coordinating interdisciplinary team activities

Requirements
- Licensure: Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license, active
- Education: Two-year nursing degree required; four-year degree preferred
- Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience: 1+ year of related nursing experience preferred
- Skills/ability: Ability to perform duties in a LTC/nursing home setting with accurate, detail-oriented charting and documentation
