Overview
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Berlin, Vermont, United States. Start date: 08/20/2026 for a 4-week contract. Night shift on a 3x12-hour schedule. Weekly pay range: $2,546 to $2,635 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a LTC nursing home setting. The RN will provide care to residents, including those with dementia, and may float to other units as needed.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, following physician orders and facility policy
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and document in the electronic health record
- Perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in condition for timely escalation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Support residents with activities of daily living and provide dementia care as needed
- Float to other units as required to meet unit and patient care needs
- Maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards; communicate with families and team members as appropriate

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license; license on file at time of submission
- BLS through American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; LTC experience preferred
- Prior travel experience preferred
- Willingness to float to other units as needed; comfortable caring for residents with dementia
- Background check requirements: 7-year nationwide background check (including county court searches, FACIS-3, and sex offender) within 18 months of start; FACIS-3 and VCIC within 30 days of start
- Education: completion of an approved nursing program leading to RN licensure
