Overview
Registered Nurse – Long Term Care (LTC) in Hilo, Hawaii for a 13-week travel assignment starting 09/14/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $2,149 to $2,327 per week with no guaranteed hours. Shifts are 8 hours and Varied, including weekends and holidays, on a hospital-based unit that includes an on-site long-term care facility. This assignment requires a Hawaii license by start and includes on-site LTC duties within the hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient status; document findings and report changes to the physician or NP
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor for adverse reactions, and adjust care as directed
- Facilitate admission and discharge routines, coordinate care transitions, and provide ADL assistance as needed
- Provide specialized care tasks including gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatments, wound VAC care, CPAP therapy, and tracheostomy care
- Communicate pertinent information to the medical team and ensure accurate documentation of care plans and interventions

Requirements
- Active Hawaii RN license required; Hawaii license must be current by start of assignment
- If not currently in possession of a Hawaii license, apply upon acceptance of the offer; Hawaii license must be obtained by start of assignment
- Ability to work in a hospital-based LTC setting with varied 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must arrive the Thursday prior to start date to complete employee health clearance
