Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) for a travel temporary assignment in Vergennes, Vermont. Start date: 07/05/2026. Duration: Weeks. Weekly pay: $2,301–$2,405 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: Any/Flexible. Setting: a program-based environment dedicated to free career training and education for youth ages 16–24.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to participants in a program setting, including health assessment, vital signs, medication administration, and treatment support.
- Monitor for changes in medical status, document findings, and update care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer prescribed medications and manage therapies per orders, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Support activities of daily living as appropriate, with emphasis on infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Perform wound care, routine wound assessment, and assist with preventive health services as required.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records, participate in care rounds, and communicate effectively with program staff and educators.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state of Vermont)
- LTC experience preferred
- Ability to work a travel assignment with guaranteed hours
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, youth-focused program setting with flexible shifts
