Overview
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care, Skowhegan, Maine. This travel assignment starts on 06/18/2026 and runs for 15 weeks in a skilled nursing facility with a focus on LTC care. Weekly pay ranges from $1,341 to $1,401 per week. Guaranteed hours are not offered. Shift is 3x12 nights. This is a travel - temporary assignment designed to support facility staffing needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assessments, monitoring, and care planning
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing policies
- Monitor vital signs, observe for changes in condition, and document findings accurately in the chart
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized care plans; participate in rounds as needed
- Respond to resident call lights and emergencies; uphold safety and infection control standards

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Ability to work weekend rotations and night shifts (3x12 nights)
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with standard electronic health record documentation and charting
