Overview
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Rochester, New York. Travel assignment starts 07/06/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,078–$2,140 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift: 12-hour shifts. Work in a hospital setting providing Acute Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric and adult patients across acute rehabilitation and medical-surgical units
- Monitor patient status, assess changes, and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, including telemetry monitoring as required
- Assist with rehabilitation-focused therapies, safety procedures, and infection prevention practices
- Educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and coordinate with caregivers and other providers

Requirements
- NYS Registered Nurse license (RN) required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Telemetry experience required
- Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience
- Recent pediatric experience preferred
- Ability to work 8- or 12-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends per unit policy
