Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Moses Lake, WA. Start date 06/01/2026 for a 9-week contract in an Alzheimer’s/Dementia specialty, secure LTC setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,187 to $1,227 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, on a 4 on, 2 off rotation, with potential overtime.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting with Alzheimer’s/dementia diagnoses, including comfort and safety.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor for adverse effects and interactions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, document findings, and contribute to care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor resident safety, assist with activities of daily living, and implement de-escalation strategies for behavioral symptoms.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members; maintain clear and compliant documentation and regulatory records.
- Ensure infection control, wound care, and appropriate patient transfers while adhering to facility policies and standards.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (RN)
- Experience in long-term care or dementia care preferred
- Ability to work evenings in a secure dementia care environment
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to commit to 40 hours per week with potential overtime
- Ability to work in the listed setting and comply with applicable regulations
