Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocol
- Monitor resident status, document in the electronic medical record, and report changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure safety and quality of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
- Respond to calls, manage emergencies, and uphold infection control standards

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (as applicable to practice)
- Ability to work night shifts in a 13-week travel assignment
- Prior experience in a long-term care or geriatric care environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to follow facility policies and state regulations
