Overview
Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery (L&D) in San Luis Obispo, CA. Start date 08/17/2026 for a travel temporary assignment lasting Weeks. Weekly pay $2,811–$2,925 per week. There are no guaranteed hours. Shift is a 3x12 rotating schedule in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Collect relevant data about the patient’s health or situation and document findings
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care needs
- Develop and implement a plan of care with prescribed interventions to achieve outcomes
- Coordinate care delivery, monitor progress, and promote a safe, healing environment
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team; provide education to patients and family members
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care; delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate duties of care team members

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in California (active)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent obstetric/Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and to cover 12-hour rotating shifts
- Vaccination requirements and E-Verify eligibility per organizational policy
