Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) in Rochester, New York. This travel assignment begins June 8, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,028 to $2,215. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for postpartum patients and healthy newborns, with emphasis on education and support for mother-baby couples
- Educate families on breastfeeding, newborn care, safety, and transition to home
- Monitor maternal status and fetal well-being; perform fetal monitoring as per unit protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, lactation consultants, fellow nurses, and social workers to deliver high-quality, team-based care
- Administer medications, assess and document vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records
- Support unit operations, including on-call coverage as required by the unit

Requirements
- Current NY RN license
- Two years of postpartum experience
- BLS (American Heart Association) required
- Neonatal Resuscitation required
- Fetal monitoring certification preferred
- Ability to work in a postpartum/newborn care setting
