Overview
Registered Nurse, ICU in The Dalles, Oregon, starting 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,095-$2,160 per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts. Travel - Temporary Assignment in an acute inpatient critical care setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for an identified patient population using the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Provide coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients, coordinating with other disciplines as needed.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Monitor patient status, perform ongoing assessments, and document findings accurately.
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to plan and adjust care as conditions evolve.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the health care team to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Requirements
- Current RN license in Oregon.
- ICU or critical care nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to coordinate care across disciplines.
- Effective communication and teamwork to support patient safety and outcomes.
