Registered Nurse - ICU in Selma, California, starting 08/17/2026 for an 8-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,253 to $2,414 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12). Work setting: intensive care unit within an inpatient, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, perform assessments, and assist with complex procedures and device management as applicable.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion to ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care.
- Document care plans, interventions, and patient responses; maintain accurate records and ensure continuity of care across shifts.
- Promote patient safety, infection control, and quality outcomes; communicate changes in status promptly to the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- ICU experience (minimum 1 year) or equivalent high-acuity critical care background
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and complete credentialing requirements
