Overview
Registered Nurse – ICU travel assignment in Hanford, CA. Start date: 08/24/2026 for an 8-week assignment. Earn a weekly pay range of $2,328 to $2,370 per week with 36 hours per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts. Setting: hospital-based ICU environment on a travel-temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-acuity care while engaging in a multidisciplinary team across a fast-paced unit.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients using the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, perform procedures, and respond to changes in condition with clinical judgment.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; delegate tasks appropriately.
- Utilize critical thinking and professional discretion to adapt care plans and ensure patient safety.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the patient record and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in California
- ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced ICU setting
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and follow established care protocols
- Able to pass applicable pre-employment screenings and comply with facility policies
