Overview
Registered Nurse, ICU in Hanford, California, United States. Start date: 08/17/2026.8-week travel assignment with 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Weekly pay range: $2,275 – $2,399. This assignment takes place in an inpatient, acute care setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patient status, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes using critical thinking and clinical judgment.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitor responses, and document accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and communicate with patients’ families as appropriate.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff at varying levels, delegating tasks within scope of practice to support efficient unit flow.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment while ensuring patient safety, privacy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (California) or eligibility with ability to obtain CA licensure.
- ICU/critical care nursing experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3 nights per week) and support an 8-week travel assignment.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
