Registered Nurse – ICU travel role in The Dalles, Oregon. Start date: 06/22/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Pay range: $1,953–$2,076 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour rotating shifts. Travel - Temporary assignment in an ICU environment within an acute care setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor status, document findings, and implement care plans; administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation; communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team; participate in shift handoffs and care coordination.

Requirements
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (3x12) in an ICU setting
- Demonstrated clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience supervising and guiding nursing staff across care levels
- Commitment to applying established nursing standards and the nursing process
