Overview
Registered Nurse – ICU in Lansing, Michigan. Start date: 06/15/2026. This is a travel, temporary assignment for 13 weeks with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Weekly pay range: $1,786–$1,914. Work in an ICU within a hospital setting as part of a multidisciplinary team, with potential unit-wide float based on census.

Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver ICU-level care for critically ill patients from adolescent to geriatric with a range of diagnoses including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical.
- Monitor patient status, interpret data, and implement/adjust care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; document all assessments and interventions.
- Administer medications and therapies, manage lines and critical equipment, and respond to emergent situations per physician orders and ACLS/BLS protocols.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to CNA/SNA, LPN, and other healthcare workers as assigned; provide guidance and ensure safe, compliant care.
- Maintain professional nursing standards and contribute to continuous quality improvement; experience with open heart returns is preferred.

Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license
- ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience (Surgical and Cardiac) – REQUIRED
- Travel experience preferred
- May float to other areas if census requires; ICU care delivery is the primary assignment
- Education: not specified in the notes; standard nursing licensure requirements apply
