Overview
Registered Nurse – ICU travel assignment in Utica, New York. Start date: 06/15/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,331–$2,362 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 2x3 Nights. Setting: hospital ICU. This is a temporary travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

- Floating required: Yes (to all ICU units except Behavioral and ER unless holding)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, continuous nursing care for critically ill adult patients in the ICU, including Neuro/Med, CTICU, and Trauma/Surgical populations.
- Monitor and manage patients requiring CRRT (Prismaflex or NxStage), and support cardiovascular devices and therapies such as IABP, ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and temperature management (TTM).
- Administer medications, interpret patient data, adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians, and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during rounds, care planning, and handoffs; participate in rapid response when indicated.
- Document accurately in EPIC EMR, ensuring timely and compliant charting, orders, and interventions.

Requirements
- Active NY RN license (NURSYS verification) with current licensure
- 2+ years of ICU experience (ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU)
- Travel experience required; provide 2 recent ICU Charge/Manager RN references
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- EPIC EMR experience
- Driver’s license with address that matches demographics
- RTO must be included at time of submission
