Overview
Registered Nurse – House Supervisor position in a skilled nursing facility setting located in Geneva, New York. This travel assignment begins on 06/02/2026 and runs for 14 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,884 to $1,971 per week, with no guaranteed hours. The shift is an evening schedule (3:00 PM–11:30 PM), and coverage includes every other weekend and holidays. The role involves clinical and administrative supervision of nursing staff on assigned units, with potential to float to other units as needed. The assignment is travel-based and supervised under the Director of Nursing – LTC.

Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of nursing units under the direction of the Director of Nursing – LTC
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff on assigned shifts
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate Nursing Department activities in compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
- Ensure quality resident care through teaching, supervision, and performance feedback
- Communicate unit issues and potential problems to the Director of Nursing/Nurse Manager and assist in resolving them
- Make appropriate administrative decisions in the absence of the DON and LTC Administrator during off-hours and weekends, within the scope of responsibility
- May float to other units as needed to support patient care and staffing

Requirements
- Active New York State RN license
- BLS certification (through American Heart Association or RQI)
- Minimum of one year of long-term care (LTC) experience
- Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment and manage shift-based operations
- Willingness to float to other units as needed and work evenings with weekend/holiday coverage
