Overview
Registered Nurse, Home Health — York, Maine. Start date: 08/31/2026. This is a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital-based home health care setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,301 to $2,385 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shifts are 5–8 hours, with no on-call requirement and a weekend rotation (2–3 weekend days per month).

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients, including assessment and ongoing monitoring
- Perform OASIS visits and data collection as part of patient care planning and regulatory compliance
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team
- Administer medications and deliver appropriate clinical interventions within scope of practice
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, safety, and treatment plans
- Document all care and observations accurately in the patient record; ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Coordinate with other providers and services to ensure smooth transitions and timely follow-up
- No on-call requirements; participate in a weekend rotation as scheduled

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Maine
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Care experience
- Ability to perform OASIS visits
- Weekend rotation required (approximately 2–3 weekend days per month)
- Able to work in a home health setting with appropriate safety and infection control practices
