Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per established care plans and standards
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse responses
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and documentation accuracy
- Respond to clinical changes and emergencies in a timely, professional manner

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts
- Local candidates only
- Ability to complete credentialing and background checks as part of the assignment
