Registered Nurse – Emergency Room | Reedley, California | Start date 09/21/2026 | 13 weeks | $2,063–$2,092 per week | 36 guaranteed hours | 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) | travel assignment in a rural, critical access hospital setting

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care in the ER for an assigned group of patients, following the nursing process and established standards of care
- Collect, analyze, and document assessment data; determine diagnoses and care issues; develop and implement an individualized care plan; evaluate progress
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate tasks and coordinate care with other disciplines
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, healing, and compassionate care; participate in discharge planning
- Provide health education to patients and families; ensure accurate, timely documentation in the EPIC EMR; support a safe and clean environment
- Contribute to unit-based quality improvement and performance standards; respond to emergencies with clinical judgment and appropriate escalation

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice (California)
- BLS certification required; CPR/BLS as applicable per policy
- ACLS and PALS certifications required (AHA or ARC equivalents)
- At least two years of recent ER/acute care experience
- BSN preferred
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ER within a rural, critical access hospital setting
