Overview
Registered Nurse – ER (Travel) in Los Angeles, CA. Start date 09/14/2026 for a 10-week assignment. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days (7:00 AM–7:30 PM). Setting: Home Healthcare – Hospice. This travel opportunity requires a California RN license, active BLS/CPR, ACLS, and EPIC EMR experience, with a BSN preferred and at least two years of recent field experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients, following the nursing process and established standards
- Collect and document relevant health data, assess needs, and identify care issues
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust plans as needed
- Supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff levels; delegate duties appropriately
- Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and families
- Maintain a safe and healing environment; ensure accurate documentation in the EMR

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (state of practice required)
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Minimum two years of recent nursing experience in the specified field
- BSN preferred; acute care hospital or equivalent experience desirable
- Ability to work in a home healthcare – hospice setting and meet assignment needs

Education and Certifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- RN licensure in the state of practice: Required
- CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications: Required
- EPIC EMR experience: Required
