Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Travel) in Lodi, California, starting 08/24/2026 for a 13-week temporary assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $1,711 to $1,842 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process, including data collection, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and interventions per protocols, and respond to emergencies per standards of care
- Collaborate with patients, families, and treatment teams; participate in discharge planning and patient education to ensure continuity of care
- Document care accurately and maintain a safe, healing environment; delegate duties appropriately to the care team
- Provide learning opportunities for patients/families and team members and contribute to ongoing quality and safety initiatives

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- BLS required; ACLS required; PALS required; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER/acute care nursing experience
- BSN preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ED environment and meet shift requirements (night shift)

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
