Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ER patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patient condition, plan and implement care, administer medications, monitor responses, and document findings.
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff; communicate changes in patient status clearly.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate tasks appropriately.
- Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to prioritize urgent needs and ensure patient safety.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ER/acute care experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Availability for night shifts and a 12-hour schedule; ability to work 3 nights per week
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
