Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in daily practice.
- Document patient assessments, plans, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support and communicate with the clinical team during shifts, including physicians, technicians, and ancillary staff.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure patient safety within the ER workflow.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- ER nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new facility protocols and travel assignments
- Eligibility to work in the United States
