Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to ER patients, including triage, initial assessment, continuous monitoring, and stabilization of acute conditions.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and assist with emergent procedures according to physician orders.
- Document care in the electronic health record and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team.
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly to deteriorations or emergencies.
- Support discharge planning, patient and family education, and coordination with ancillary services.

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- BLS certification required
- ER experience (3 years) strongly preferred
- Ability to work the 16:00–04:30 night shift in a high-acuity ER environment
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and meet onboarding requirements
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program
