- Cerner trained required
- ER experience: minimum 3 years within the last 3 months

Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to ED patients, including triage and initial stabilization
- Perform rapid assessments, monitor vitals, and initiate treatments per ER protocols
- Administer medications, start IV therapy, manage IV infusions, and assist with procedures
- Document patient observations and care in Cerner EMR; communicate with attending physicians and care team
- Monitor for clinical changes, respond to emergencies, and participate in code or rapid-response events as needed
- Coordinate discharge planning, patient education, and safe transitions of care

Requirements
- California RN license in good standing
- Cerner training or demonstrated Cerner EMR experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum 3 years ER/unit experience within the last 3 months
- Education: BSN preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts in an acute care setting
