Overview
Registered Nurse, Emergency Room (ER) travel assignment in Tillamook, Oregon. This 13-week position is in a critical access hospital setting and requires night shifts (3x12). Start date 06/15/2026 with a weekly pay range of $1,689 to $1,738. There are no guaranteed hours. The ER RN role demands CA RN licensure, current BLS, and ACLS or ARC-ALS, plus substantial ER experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ER using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Triage patients, monitor vital signs, and promptly identify and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and basic life support as indicated; assist with emergencies and diagnostic procedures
- Perform wound care, manage airways, and support resuscitation teams during trauma or cardiac events
- Collaborate with physicians, radiology, lab, and ancillary staff; document care in the electronic health record; ensure accurate handoffs
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and adherence to policy and procedure standards; participate in shift debriefs and quality initiatives

Requirements
- Active California RN license (CA RN License) required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
- Minimum 3 years ER nursing experience; at least 3 months recent ER experience in the specialty
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12) in a high-acuity ER setting
- Must be able to submit required paperwork, including preferred start date, RTO, SSN, and DOB, as part of the credentialing process
- Location: Tillamook, Oregon, United States
