Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing staff during assigned shift
- Develop, implement, and monitor resident care plans to ensure quality and safety
- Supervise nursing personnel, assign duties, and participate in performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and participate in quality audits
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines to coordinate care and communicate with families
- Oversee accurate documentation, admissions/discharges, medication administration, and incident reporting

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Washington
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Knowledge of state and CMS regulatory requirements and quality metrics
- Ability to supervise staff, coordinate care across disciplines, and communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- BLS certification preferred
