Overview
Director of Nursing – Registered Nurse, Moses Lake, Washington. This travel, temporary assignment is in a long-term care (LTC) facility. Start date: 08/01/2026. Duration: 7 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,230–$1,315 per week. Shift: 14:00–22:30 (evenings). Guaranteed hours: not guaranteed. Travel assignment in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care in the LTC setting
- Develop, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor clinical operations, staffing, and performance to maintain regulatory compliance
- Uphold patient safety standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and family members to optimize outcomes
- Prepare for regulatory surveys and ensure adherence to state and federal requirements

Requirements
- Active RN license in the State of Washington
- Leadership/management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Ability to manage evenings shifts and on-site operations
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for a 7-week temporary assignment
