Responsibilities
- Provide planning, coordination, and delivery of nursing care for critically ill patients in CVICU.
- Monitor patients with multi-system involvement, including those requiring ventilation, neuro/trauma care, respiratory support, and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Manage ventilated patients and invasive monitoring, including vasoactive therapies as appropriate to unit protocols.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel consistent with scope of practice.
- Respond promptly to clinical changes and emergencies, maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with families, physicians, and other caregivers to support patient-centered care.

Requirements
- Active California RN license or eligibility to obtain one
- ICU/CVICU experience preferred
- Ability to work the 3x12-night shift schedule
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Comfort delivering care in a high-acuity critical care environment
