Overview
Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health (Adolescent Inpatient) – Lawton, Oklahoma, United States. This travel assignment starts 06/18/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. You’ll work a 3x12 night shift with 36 guaranteed hours per week in an inpatient adolescent behavioral health unit operating within an acute care setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,723 to $1,875.

Responsibilities
- Input into the formulation of the patient care plan to support individualized treatment.
- Attend weekly clinical staffing and review of the patient treatment plan.
- Provide medication education to patients and families.
- Ensure emotional and mental observations are documented accurately and reported to medical and clinical staff.
- Lead or participate in teaching and educational groups on the APU schedule.
- Train LPNs and MHTs in charting, vital signs, patient routines, proper vital signs, and de-escalation techniques.
- Be an active member of a PI team or other unit task forces; participate in lectures or assignments as directed by the Manager.
- Maintain Therapeutic Options certification up to date.
- Model professional conduct, including language, dress, hygiene, and behavior.

Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
- Certifications: NIH and BLS (AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of psychiatric/behavioral health experience
- De-escalation training preferred
- Recent traveler experience preferred
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift in an inpatient adolescent behavioral health setting
- Compliance with assignment requirements and ability to work in the specified location
