Overview
MRI Technologist – Radiology (MRI) travel assignment in Lancaster, PA, US. Start date 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,751–$2,954 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 3:30 PM–12:30 AM, five nights per week. The assignment is in an acute-care imaging setting, working with Avanto VB19 MRI scanners to support diagnostic imaging. Travel - Temporary Assignment under Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans using Avanto VB19 systems, following established protocols to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Screen patients for MRI safety, obtain informed consent, and apply appropriate coils and sequences.
- Properly position and immobilize patients, ensure comfort, and monitor throughout the scanning procedure.
- Verify image quality, perform basic quality checks, and communicate findings to radiologists per department protocol.
- Maintain MRI equipment and room readiness, conduct routine checks, and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation, protect patient privacy, and adhere to safety, regulatory, and infection control standards.

Requirements
- ARRT certification required (MRI)
- BLS certification required
- MRI certification preferred
- Experience with Avanto VB19 MRI scanners
- Ability to work 3:30 PM–12:30 AM shift
- Previous MRI experience in a high-volume imaging setting
