MRI Tech – Radiology (MRI) – Travel assignment in Berlin, VT
Start date: 08/06/2026 | Duration: 4 weeks | Weekly pay: $2,709–$2,824 | Shift: 4x10-hour days | Setting: hospital-based radiology department

This travel position requires flexibility with start times, on-call duties, and weekend rotations as part of routine duties in a community hospital radiology service.

Responsibilities
- Perform MRI exams for adult patients, ensuring correct patient positioning, coil selection, and protocol adherence
- Administer IV contrast injections per protocol and monitor for adverse reactions; document administration
- Optimize imaging parameters, acquire high-quality MRI images, and adjust sequences as directed by radiologists
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, including infection control and radiation safety practices as applicable
- Operate MRI equipment and related software; assist with fluoroscopy or OR imaging when assigned
- Document exams in the EPIC EMR, communicate results or concerns to radiologists, and coordinate with the care team
- Provide cross-modality support within radiology (X-ray, fluoroscopy, OR imaging) as needed
- Participate in on-call duties (approximately one night per week, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) and weekend rotations (every 4th or 5th weekend)

Requirements
- ARRT MRI certification
- Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
- Teaching facility experience required
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
- Active MRI licensure on file at time of submission
- Ability to work a 4x10-hour schedule with on-call and weekend rotations
