Interventional Radiology Tech (IR Tech) – Travel assignment in Everett, WA. This 13-week opening starts on 09/14/2026 within a hospital-based Interventional Radiology service. The role offers a weekly pay range of $2,797-$2,906, with 70 guaranteed hours every two weeks. The shift is 4x10 days, with on-call coverage and weekend duties limited to on-call periods. This assignment requires WA licensure in-hand at submission, ARRT (R), and BLS, plus a minimum of two years IR/Angio experience. The position includes participation in a high-volume IR suite with multiple specialists and room configurations.

Responsibilities
- Support Interventional Radiologists during IR/angiography procedures, including cerebral angiography/interventions (stroke care), peripheral/visceral angiography and interventions, Y-90/chemoembolization, ablations/cryotherapy, venous interventions, and biopsies (fluoro/CT/US)
- Assist with venous access, device placement (ports/central lines), and drain placements (gastrostomy, biliary, nephrostomy, abscess drains)
- Prepare and position patients, maintain sterile technique, and manage contrast administration and nephrograms as required
- Operate imaging equipment (C-arm fluoroscopy) and support in OR, radiology, CT environments; work across 3 single-plane IR rooms, 1 biplane, and 1 hybrid room
- Monitor patient status during procedures, coordinate with the team, document findings and procedural details in the EPIC charting system
- Collaborate with multiple specialists (2 IR physicians, neuro interventionalist, 1–2 vascular surgeons, 1 PA/NP) to support complex cases
- Ensure adherence to safety, radiation protection, and procedural protocols; assist with post-procedure recovery and patient transport as needed
Requirements
- Washington state license in-hand required for submission
- ARRT (R) certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years IR/Angio experience
- Ability to work in OR and radiology/CT environments; perform contrast use, angiography, nephrograms, and venous access
- Pre-start credentialing: completion of modules (~16 hours) prior to start
