Responsibilities
- Deliver radiation therapy to outpatient oncology patients per physician orders and treatment plans
- Operate, monitor, and maintain treatment delivery equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety checks
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, and therapy staff to implement treatment sessions
- Verify patient identity and treatment site; administer treatments according to protocol; document treatment parameters
- Monitor patients for acute reactions and respond to issues; uphold radiation safety principles (ALARA) and institutional policies
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with ARRT standards and hospital procedures

Requirements
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T) required
- ARRT registration in Radiation Therapy (AART-T) and Certification of Therapeutic Radiology Technology (RTT) required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Radiation Therapy unit within the last 3 months
- BLS: Preferred
- Fluoroscopy Permit from the state of practice (Department of Health Services): Preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient radiation therapy setting in Glendale, California
