Overview
CT Technologist – Radiology in Arcata, California. Start June 1, 2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Earn approximately $2,205 to $2,282 per week with guaranteed 40 hours. Shift: five 8-hour daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, with some call. Work in a hospital-based radiology department.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures following department protocols and patient care plans.
- Prepare patients, position for scans, and administer contrast as ordered; monitor for adverse reactions.
- Operate CT equipment, adjust parameters for optimal image quality, and perform post-processing as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation in the radiology information system and proper labeling/archiving of images.
- Maintain strict radiation safety practices (ALARA), use shielding appropriately, and conduct routine equipment checks.
- Collaborate with radiologists and support staff; participate in on-call coverage as assigned.

Requirements
- ARDMS certification and current BLS required
- Fluoroscopy certificate desirable
- Proof of negative TB test within 24 months prior to contract start date
- Ability to work in a hospital radiology setting and meet the listed shift and call requirements
