Overview
Radiation Therapist – Radiation Therapy, Roswell, GA. Travel assignment starting 05/25/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,902-$2,060 per week. 40 hours per week on days, with 8-hour shifts. Work in the Radiation Oncology department within a healthcare setting. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer ionizing radiation according to the prescription and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist.
- Operate radiation-producing equipment while adhering to radiation safety measures and regulatory requirements.
- Perform complex and precise technical procedures for treatment setup and delivery.
- Position patients, apply immobilization and shielding as required, and verify treatment fields per protocol.
- Collaborate with Radiation Oncologist, Medical Physicist, dosimetrist, and treatment team to ensure accurate delivery of the treatment plan.
- Document treatment sessions, review data for accuracy, and communicate any deviations or issues to the care team.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a Radiation Oncology department with strict safety and regulatory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the care team.
- Ability to follow physician prescriptions and departmental procedures.
- Candidates must meet licensure and certification requirements as outlined in the Job Notes for this assignment.
