Can you combine strategic procurement expertise with a hands-on approach to corporate travel?
Join our Indirect Procurement team and help shape Red Bull’s global travel programme. From global tenders and supplier negotiations to hotel programmes, travel technology and daily operations, you’ll turn sourcing decisions into reliable services for our travellers.
Working with global and local stakeholders, you’ll manage selected travel programmes, support country rollouts and drive improvements in supplier performance, booking processes and the traveller experience.
You’ll lead and support global sourcing initiatives, including requests for information and proposals, supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations. You’ll define service requirements, KPIs and service-level agreements, manage contracts and contribute to our global travel category strategy. Together with internal stakeholders, you’ll assess country requirements and translate sourcing outcomes into implementation plans.
You’ll manage our global preferred hotel programme, working with hotel sourcing partners, hotel chains and individual properties. You’ll ensure negotiated rates and preferred hotels are correctly loaded, available and maintained across booking tools and global distribution systems. You’ll also manage transfer providers and support supplier onboarding and country rollouts for ground transportation programmes.
You’ll monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs and service levels, lead supplier reviews and follow up on corrective actions. Through benchmarking, forecasting and market analysis, you’ll identify opportunities to improve service quality, strengthen supplier relationships and support sourcing decisions.
As the business key user for our Online Booking Tool, you’ll help ensure our online booking environment works reliably. You’ll coordinate functional and user acceptance testing, document issues and track them through to resolution. Working with IT, Application Management, booking-tool providers and our Travel Management Company, you’ll provide clear escalations and support ongoing improvements.
You’ll act as a point of contact for travellers and travel arrangers, helping resolve operational escalations, master data and billing topics. You’ll coordinate the Travel Management Company’s daily service delivery, maintain booking and loading instructions, and support supplier onboarding. You’ll also provide negotiation support for meeting and event-related travel requirements.
You’ll prepare monthly travel spend and hotel reports, supplier performance dashboards and actionable recommendations. You’ll maintain our Travel Hub, guidelines, FAQs and operational documentation, keeping information accurate and easy to use. Through clear training materials and employee communications, you’ll support adoption, compliance and self-service across global and local teams.
