As a Travel Plaza Cashier at Onvo, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register, handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, and make change.
• Scan and bag merchandise, ensuring correct pricing and quantity.
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking shelves near the register.
• Assist customers with fuel pump operation and resolve minor issues.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks throughout the store as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
