Overview
Physical Therapist, Outpatient, Fort Bragg, CA. Travel assignment starting 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,657 per week to $2,847 per week. Work a 40-hour week on a 4x10 schedule. Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of outpatient treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical function, and support social and mental well-being within program objectives.
- Assess patient groups and monitor progress, adjusting therapy plans to meet individualized goals.
- Co-lead interdisciplinary care activities, collaborating with other professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies, home exercise programs, and safety planning.
- Document patient status, goals, and outcomes in accordance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to approved treatment protocols and maintain patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Requirements
- Current physical therapy license to practice in California or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation or a strong interest in outpatient PT practice
- Ability to participate effectively in an interdisciplinary team and collaborative care model
- Availability to start on 08/31/2026 and commit to a 13-week travel assignment
- Willingness to work a 40-hour week on a 4x10 schedule and travel as required
