Overview
Physical Therapist with a focus in geriatric rehabilitation is sought for a long-term care / nursing home setting in Glendive, MT, US. Start date: 06/22/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,112 to $2,233, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: Days. This travel temporary assignment provides an opportunity to deliver patient-centered PT services within a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations for residents in the long-term care setting and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide PT services including gait training, balance, ROM and strength exercises, and functional mobility activities.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on response and physician orders.
- Communicate findings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support discharge planning and care coordination.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and proper equipment use during therapy sessions.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies for daily activities.

Requirements
- Active PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Montana.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work with an interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to work the listed shift (Days) and manage 36 hours per week.
- Ability to provide patient-centered, safety-focused PT care in a skilled nursing setting.
