Shift: Day shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Working in an inpatient care setting supporting a systemwide transition to EPIC. This is a travel - temporary assignment supporting a hospital-based care team during an EPIC implementation, with emphasis on recent experience using EPIC and Cerner.

Responsibilities
- Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients requiring rehabilitation services
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional outcomes
- Monitor patient progress, adjust plans of care, and document outcomes in EPIC and Cerner
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical guidelines throughout treatment
- Communicate changes in patient status and documentation clearly to the care team

Requirements
- Recent experience with EPIC electronic medical records and Cerner systems
- Availability to start on 08/03/2026 for an 8-week assignment
- Ability to work a day shift, 40 hours per week, in an inpatient care setting
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment and adapt to unit workflows
- Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
