Overview
Physical Therapist – outpatient specialty, Fort Bragg, California. Travel assignment starting 06/22/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,134–$2,202 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0. Shift: 5x8 days, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Setting: outpatient physical therapy within a critical access hospital environment. This is a travel temporary assignment managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations for outpatient clients
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to promote function and mobility
- Deliver PT interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
- Reassess patient progress and document outcomes in the EMR; communicate findings to the care team
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and activity modification
- Ensure patient safety and infection control, and coordinate with other outpatient services as needed

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (California)
- BLS certificate required
- 1 year of experience in the specified unit specialty within the last 3 months; 2 years preferred
- Experience in an outpatient setting
- Ability to work in an outpatient clinic environment and complete a daytime shift (08:30–17:00)
