Physical Therapist – travel assignment in Ukiah, California. Start date: 06/22/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,033–$2,227 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Responsibilities
- Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in the short-term care setting.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to restore mobility, strength, balance, gait, and daily functional abilities; adjust plans as needed.
- Document assessments, plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in the electronic medical record; communicate findings with the care team.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians; participate in rounds and care conferences; provide weekend coverage for inpatient duties every 5–7 weeks.
- Maintain compliance with licensure, facility policies, and patient safety standards; no on-call requirements.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license to practice in California; BLS certification required.
- 3–5 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
- Women's health experience and/or certification or actively working toward PRPC or WCS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced short-term care setting; flexible start times and weekend coverage as described.
- Availability to fulfill the 13-week assignment with the specified schedule.
